Where are you shipping from?
Dallas, Texas.

Do you ship to my country?
I will not be able to ship to countries that are on the USPS suspension list. Please refer to the USPS International Mail Service Suspension list

How long will it take for you to ship my order?
Depends. High volume of orders will require more time (2-3 weeks)

I forgot an item, can you combine my orders?
Yes I can combine orders. However, please limit to only a couple of separate orders. please email me at support@tabetaaii.com with all order numbers. DO NOT LEAVE A NOTE TO COMBINE ORDERS AT CHECKOUT. 

I don't know my order number
Please check the email you used for your purchase, you should get a order confirmation email. Your order number is there. 

I did not get an email confirmation. 
It could be in your spam folder. If it is not email me your name and email used for the order. 

I received my tracking number, but USPS tracking says that it has not received the package yet.
It could mean one of two thing:
1. I’ve printed your label but still in the mist of packaging and have not dropped it off at the post office yet
2. I have dropped your order off at the post office but usps has not scan it yet, please wait a few days

I did not receive my order yet; do you have any updates on where it is?
I am not responsible for the whereabout of orders once it has been sent to the post office. If you have tracking, please check that. If you did not have tracking, I can not help you because it was shipped via stamp. *Tracking is highly recommend* 

I checked my tracking status and my package has not moved in days.
This is normal. For international orders, your package can be held at the shipment center before it departs the US for a while. USPS will sometimes not update the tracking, however, that tracking number is also there for you to use to contact your local postal office on its whereabouts.

I am missing something from my order. 
If something you ordered was not in your package, please email me at support@tabetaaii.com with order number. 

I think my package is lost.
Pleas email me at support@tabetaaii.com and we can work something out (only those who have tracking) 

My package was marked delivered but I did not receive my order.
Sometimes usps will mark packages delivered but it may take 2-3 dates later until it arrives. If it still doesn’t, it may be held at your local post office. Unfortunately, I will not be able to refund any orders that have been marked delivered.

My address is incorrect.
Please contact me ASAP at support@tabetaaii.com

If your order has already been shipped with the incorrect address, it will most likely be returned back to me as ‘undeliverable address’. In this case I will be able to reship it to you, but you have to pay for shipping. I will not be able to change your address after it has been shipped. 

I am in the middle of moving/out of town and worried I won’t get my package.
If you know you are moving/ out of town/or any known natural disasters/severe weather where you are living that may affect your local postal service, I will hold onto your package until you are settled at your new place, back home or when it is safe to send mail out.

What payment type do you accept 
most major credit/debit card only. No PayPal google pay or Apple Pay 

I am ordering this as a gift and shipping to that person. Can you write “from___”
Yes, please leave it in the note section at check out.

There are things I didn’t order in my package.
I sometimes like to throw in extra goodies or I could have mistakenly added that item to your order. Either way it's yours to keep.
